Isabelle Perche held a 25 years’ experience in management positions for the Medical Device sector. After an executive sales position for Nycomed, a company specialized in Interventional Radiology devices and contrast media, Isabelle worked over 13 years for Datascope Corp. Cardiac Assist Division, a $120M worldwide counterpulsation therapy business where Isabelle was in charge on national and European management positions in Sales, Marketing, Clinical support and Management.

Combining the insight of scientific, clinical and business experience in disruptive cardiovascular and radiology technologies, Isabelle founded her company in 2007, Innovative Products Medical (IPM) to attract pioneered transformative medical innovations. Motivated by the novel approach of early-stage development companies, IPM spanned a broad range of cardiovascular devices like the first automatic defibrillator for public use (Cardiac Science), new generations of coronary stents (OrbusNeich, CID, Stentys), a mobile and transportable Extra Corporeal Mobile Oxygenation device developed by a German company (Lifebridge) and a unique cardiac occluder created by a Chinese company based in Shenzhen (Lifetech).

With deep roots in sales and marketing, she has established a long-term relationship with world-renowned medical thought leaders and investment funds.

Isabelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing Techniques from Sorbonne - Paris Nord University after a Nursing Diploma specialized in Operating Room. Isabelle earned her MBA and a University Degree in Companies Management from the IAE of Lyon III University (France). Isabelle recently completed a financial certification from SDA Bocconi School of Management in private equity & venture capital.
